Provides:

Education to enhance knowledge and skills of staff
Consultation about learning needs
Care plans and programs related to challenging behaviours of clients / residents
Assistance with referrals to services and resources

Psychogeriatric Resource Consultant to Long Term Care and Community Support Services and Health Partners

This program is a collaboration between Punjabi Community Health Services and Indus Community Services.
