Service Description:

Adult day program- stimulating social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for adults with memory loss and/or physical frailty
- secure and professionally supervised environment
- much needed respite and support to family
- hot meals and snacks, plus kosher meals upon request
- open 7 days a week
Additional services include:
Transportation

$7.05 each way (subsidized rate, no further subsidy available)

hand-to-hand policy (caregiver must be present to escort client to the vehicle and to receive client on return)

transportation not wheelchair accessible

escorted service with staff person on board as well as driver, for additional fee

Nutrition
