Service Description: Outpatient rehabilitation services for people who have been discharged from hospital but require ongoing therapy

Outpatient rehabilitation, including: physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech language therapy
  • Occupational Therapy - Hand
  • Orthopedic Physiotherapy
  • Speech Pathology Dysphagia
  • Cardiac Rehabilitation

General rehabilitation program is located at Brampton Civic. This program is for patients who need intensive therapies to rebuild their strength and independence. The length and frequency of sessions is based on patient needs

Application: Physician referral required
