Service Description:

Counselling service to improve relationships, reduce emotional distress and enhance personal well-being
Individuals Counselling and Physiotherapy - help with:- addressing depression, anxiety
- dealing with self-criticism, judgement and low self-esteem
- healing from experiences of childhood abuse, violence or trauma
- adjusting to a new culture
- handling work concerns and pressures
- coping with challenging life stress or losses
- changing problem behaviors (e.g. overeating, smoking)
- improving relationships with others
- maximizing personal growth and potential

Fees:

Fee subsidies are available thereafter. No one is refused services due to financial constraints.

Eligibility / Target Population:

Services for people living or working in Peel and Dufferin. For children under 12, the presence of a parent or guardian is required at the first meeting
