Service Description:

Provided personal support and nursing care * skilled nursing staff provide visiting and shift nursing in the community including in the home, school, or clinic setting
Nursing services include:
- health care teaching
- wound and ostomy management and teaching
- continence nursing
- palliative care
- home risk assessment
- parenteral and enteral nutrition
- chemotherapy
- health promotion
- ventilator management
- dialysis
- medication and pain management
- chronic disease management
- IV therapy
- post surgical care

- care for the fragile elderly
- care for medically fragile and technologically dependent children
