Service Description:
|
Personal Support Workers provide assistance to older adults and adults with disabilities so that the family caregiver may have respite from their caregiving duties
Offers- relief for caregivers
- help with the activities of daily living in the client's home (each visits must be minimum of 2 hours in length)
- one-time respite visits may be arranged
- free home assessment available
- companionship

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Older adults (55+) and people with disabilities, who need physical, social, or emotional supports. Client must live in Brampton, Malton, Etobicoke or Woodbridge area
