Service Description:

Family practice * multidisciplinary health care teams that include family physicians, nurse practitioners and registered nurses
Services - one-on-one appointment for individual client
- virtual services
- groups services with specific themes and objectives for clients and community members (pre-registration is usually required)
- special health education activities for clients and community members (pre-registration may be required)
- pregnancy care up to 28 weeks
- immunization for babies and young children
