Service Description:

BCCL provides Community Living Supports( Group living) to adults who have an intellectual disability in Brampton and Caledon
Supports are designed to promote a person's participation and inclusion in the community, as well as in achieving personal goals, developing skills, and building relationships
A range of supports and support models are offered, including Group Living, Supported Independent Living and Host Family

Must be an adult for group living. Must have a developmental disability. Intake through Developmental Services Ontario(DSO)
