Service Description:
|
Supports individuals who are experiencing symptoms of a serious mental health issue and wish to change the way they are managing their lives
Short-term therapeutic interventions include:- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical and Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Attachment theory
- Groups (various)
- 12 week Mood Management Group and a 16 week Emotion Regulation Group for individuals in service

|
Individuals 18 years and up with moderate to severe mental health issues
