Service Description:

This agency provides a number of services for those involved in family law disputes.- On-Site Mediation
in Orangeville courthouse available 3 days a week take cases that are on the court docket that day cases can be addressed in two hours or less and are generally limited to custody, access and child support - Off-Site Mediation
will be available for anyone who wishes to try mediation, whether they have started a court case or not off-site mediation, can include: custody, access, child support, spousal support, property valuation and property division off-site mediators includes mental health professionals and lawyers intended for mediations that will take between 2-8 hours - Mandatory Information Program (MIP)
