Service Description:
|
For persons impacted by substance use and/or gambling, the following services are offered:
- individual counselling by appointment
- same day clinical intake during regular business hours
- counselling for concerned family and friends
- educational workshops
- evidenced based group therapy
- education appropriate to stages of change
- comprehensive assessment, treatment, and referrals to residential treatment
- psychiatric consultation (physician's referral needed)
- referral to addiction medicine physicians/nurse practitioners
- referrals to community services, as appropriate
