Residential Care: Daily 24 hours, 7 days a week

Service Description:
|
Offers housing support to men on conditional release from a federal correctional facility. Applicants must show a commitment to the program and to their reintegration plan.
|

Fees:
|
Residential services are charged via social benefit guidelines and based upon a rent geared to income (RGI) model for those in the New Leaf and RRH programs. Room and board for federal parolees is administered via Correctional Service Canada
|

Application:
|
Applications are referred through Correctional Services Canada (CSC) or self-referral while in a CSC facility
|

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Ages: 18 year(s) and up men who have experienced homelessness, serious mental illness, substance use and/or those who have been in conflict with the justice system
