Service Description:
|
Groups for family members, or friends, who have a loved one with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia, who wish to attend and learn about the disease, and receive informal support from others who are experiencing similar issues
The groups are on-going, facilitated by First Link and Outreach Staff, or specially trained volunteers, and are not appropriate for the individuals with dementia to attend with their caregivers
