Service Description: A partnership through SHIP Integrated Seniors Team and 24.7 Crisis Support Program through CMHA Peel Dufferin, offers crisis services to older adults living in the community

Support for older adults with complex and responsive behaviours associated with dementia, mental health, substance use and/or other neurological conditions

A Community Crisis Worker provides timely crisis assessments, mobile visits and brief crisis management services to enable and support older adults with responsive behaviours and their caregivers in the community
