Service Description:

Free virtual program is available to all – children and adults alike. Through interactive sessions (led over Zoom), you will build the skills and confidence you need to make healthier lifestyle choices
Each workshop will include an interactive lesson, covering topics such as balanced eating, the benefits of physical activity and sleep – all led by trained instructors
Virtual sessions are scheduled on an ongoing basis, based on interest and availability of participants
