A safe and welcoming space where many agencies work together at one location * a collaboration of 17 partner agencies offer support and compassionate care to families affected by abuse and violence in Peel
SCoP Services include- Needs and risk assessment
- Individualized safety planning
- Client navigation
- Short-term counselling
- Referrals to sexual assault counselling
- Settlement and immigration services
- Parenting education and resources
- Access on Police reporting (if required)
- Education on Criminal Court process
- Transitional housing supports
- Transitional housing
- Family Court support
- Applications for Legal Aid Certificates
- Child protection and support
- Support with applying for Subsidized Programs (Ontario Works, Child Care Subsidy)
