Service Description: WellCare: Providing support to caregiver's and their families
Virtual Free group sessions


This program helps caregivers to:
  • reduce stress and anxiety
  • improve self confidence
  • better communicate feelings
  • improve health with diet and exercises
  • access local resources

Fees: Services may be covered by OHIP
