Service Description: The program supports isolated and frail seniors who are unable to prepare their own meals * provides culturally appropriate, hot, fresh, and nutritious meals, delivered three times a week to clients homes (two meals per day). The service ensures that clients receive familiar and balanced meals and fosters a sense of community and connection

"About Us"
The Langar on Wheels (LOW)program was established in 2011 by PCHS. "Langar" is a Punjabi word, the English translation being "meal". The LOW program provides meals to 44 clients, three times a week (two meals per day).
