Service Description: Provides psychosocial services and withdrawal/craving medication options to individuals who struggle with substance use dependence. Clinics help individuals ages 16 years and up using opioids, alcohol, cocaine, and methamphetamines.

Application: Appointment required. Referrals are accepted from primary care, hospitals, community agencies or self. To be eligible for the program, potential service recipients must meet one of the following criteria: currently using opioids or history of opioid use, interest in harm reduction for opioid use, interest in methadone or suboxone, presently taking methadone or suboxone and want to transfer to a holistic program, or presently taking methadone or suboxone and want help with tapering off.
