Service Description: A wide range of outpatient clinics provide care to meet patient needs

Outpatient Clinics support medical, surgical, chronic disease and emergency programs * health care professionals assess patient needs, diagnose illnesses and conditions, provide treatment and/or therapy, and offer resources and information to support patients and their families

Fracture and Plastics Clinics offer consultation, fracture management, and surgical follow-up care for all age groups * subspecialties include general fracture, shoulders, hands and wrist, hips, feet and ankles, wounds

Musculoskeletal Program helps people with joint pain * in partnership with Ontario Health atHome-Brampton (Central West), the program includes, Low back pain rapid access clinic, hip and knee joint osteoarthritis rapid access clinic, and rheumatology early arthritis clinic
