Service Description:	Individual counselling and the relapse prevention group for clients and former clients of the Homestead. Clients who have never attended a Homestead program are welcome to attend relapse prevention group. Attendees must not be under the influence when attending groups.
Application:	Referrals are accepted from all sources, including self-referrals. Please call to complete a brief intake screener.
