Service Description: Program designed to support youth who have lived at the shelter as well as at-risk youth living in the community. Offers a range of flexible and accessible community-based support systems. Connects youth to resources such as food bank, registering for school, as well as referrals to mental health supports and other community care partners. Helps youth obtain appropriate supports, while transitioning from homelessness to independent housing

Fees: None - for CHOICES Youth Shelter * no fee for support services and programs
