Family practice medical services with healthcare providers multidisciplinary health care teams that include family physicians, nurse practitioners and registered nurses
- general health
- prevention and wellness
- immunizations
- referrals to specialists
- pre and post natal support
- circumcision
- botox
- cervical cancer screening - pap smears (for rostered patients)
Nursing Access Services:
- allergy injections
- TB skin testing
- ear syringing
- injections - B12, Testosterone, Prolia, Depo-Provera, Invega Sustenna, etc)
- immunization (including infants, pediatric, pneumonia, hep A and B, MMR/MMRV, TD, Tdap, Shingles, Flu)
- vitals
- suture and staple removal
- wart treatment
- wound care
Services available through the Family Health Team:
- seniors wellness, children’s health, chiropody, chronic disease prevention, diabetes management, dieticians, hospital follow-up, mental health, occupational therapist, palliative care, pharmacist services, women’s health
