Service Description: An online program that helps people requiring minimal support to pursue their mental well-being * self-guided online modules accessible anytime, anywhere

The modules offer valuable education and psychoeducation on mental health conditions, symptoms, treatment options, coping strategies, and self-care techniques. By utilizing these resources, clients can gain insights into their challenges and strengths, as well as learn practical skills for managing their symptoms
