Service Description: One-on-one and group activities, for newcomer children and youth * help for eligible clients (children and their parents or guardians) to develop the skills necessary for successful integration and transition to school * assist eligible youth clients in forming new friendships, deal with adjustment-related stress, succeed in school, and prepare for post-secondary transitions

  • School Age Programming, and
  • Peer Support for Youth
