Service Description: Peer support workers support clients’ personal recovery goals, and build on clients’ resiliency through sharing success stories, shared personal life experiences, and serving as role models

Peer Support Services are provided at locations that are most convenient for clients and meet their needs

Fees: Free
Application: Self referral, physician referral or professional agency referral
Eligibility / Target Population: People 16 years and older with an addiction issue

Languages: English * Hindi * Punjabi * Urdu
