Service Description: Access:

One-on-One Case Management Support:

  • connect to services that support client's physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • work with staff who understand client's cultural background

Short-Term Counselling:

  • speak with a Case Manager who provides support through a culturally responsive lens

Wellness Workshops:

  • join group sessions focused on stress, self-care, emotional health, and more

Service Navigation:

  • information and referrals to social services, income support, housing support, and access to care

Eligibility / Target Population: Residents of Region of Peel (Brampton, Caledon and Mississauga) Anyone 18 or older, regardless of status, can access these services
