Service Description: Exercise, health and wellness programs and classes * online classes

Chair-ercize (Level: Beginner-Friendly) - work out the heart and muscles. Ideal for strengthening or rehabbing knees and hips and building bone density using a chair for support

Co-ed Fitness (Level: Beginner-Friendly) - low-impact class with weight work and stretching

Fit, Balance and Strengthen (Level: Beginner to Intermediate) - a great class for beginners and intermediates to improve balance and strengthen the body to help prevent falls

Functional Fitness with Mall Walkers (Level: Beginner-friendly) - train to keep walking with this class; including muscle conditioning, balance work and stretches

Seated Yoga (Level: Beginner to Advanced) - improve balance, enhance mental focus and reduce stress with this all-level class

Toning (Level: Beginner-friendly) - strengthen muscles and improve flexibility with weights, resistance training and stretching

Zumba (Level: Beginner-friendly) - Latin dance/fitness class
