Service Description: Fitness programs to stay active, engaged and supported

Registered Programs

Cardio: High/Low - with the ability to choose between high and low-impact movements, in this workout, participants decide what works best for them to improve their overall fitness

Dance: Line Dance - using basic steps to create repetitive combinations, participants will learn moves like the shuffle, grapevine, coaster step and mambo step through various exercises and engaging choreography

Dance: Line Dance - Advanced - using basic steps to create repetitive combinations, participants will learn moves like the shuffle, grapevine, coaster step and mambo step through various exercises and engaging choreography

Gentle Fit - using gentle movements and low-intensity level exercises, workouts will include both cardio and muscle conditioning options

Yoga - relax body and mind with yoga. Learn and practice yoga poses and postures to improve balance, breathing, flexibility and strength

Yoga: Chair - gain all the benefits of yoga with the added support of a chair or your walker. Combining gentle stretches and traditional poses, improve flexibility, strength, breathing and relaxation with every movement
