Service Description: Exercise and Fitness programs/classes for older adults

Zumba Gold - for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves participants love at a lower-intensity. Introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance! Intermediate fitness level

Zumba - mix of low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility and boosted energy. Intermediate fitness level

Low Impact - choreographed class geared towards anyone who is looking for a low impact workout that focuses on both cardio and muscular conditioning. Beginner fitness level

Chair Exercise - cardiovascular and muscle conditioning, that uses a chair for additional support. This low-key workout is ideal for the beginner or those with mobility issues. Beginner fitness level

Yoga Chair - using a chair for seated and standing poses, chair yoga provides an opportunity to stretch, tone and relax in a comfortable way. Great for beginners to yoga and makes a yoga practice more accessible. Eases tensions, loosen up the body, and improve range of motion. Beginner fitness level

Yoga Gentle - introductory yoga program improves flexibility and mobility with an emphasis on breathing and body alignment. Ideal for beginners, seniors and those with limited mobility. It focuses on gently stretching and toning muscles to improve health and mobility. Relax the mind and learn to handle everyday stress in a peaceful environment. Beginner fitness level. This program may incorporate floor work. Required Equipment: Supply own non-slip Yoga mat

Yoga - relaxes the mind and body to help handle everyday stress. This natural exercise program is designed to tone muscles, enhance blood circulation and calm the nervous system. Beginner fitness level. This program may incorporate floor work. Required Equipment: Non-slip Yoga mat
