Service Description: Volunteer based program providing support to clients/caregivers

Caregiver Support Group:
  • organized on a monthly basis for caregivers and volunteers designed to educate, inform, and empower caregivers
  • participants learn about health-related issues
  • receive information on other programs available in the community to support and help them through the caregiving process
  • network with other caregivers

Application: Call Manager for more information and to register
Eligibility / Target Population: Seniors aged 55 and older
