Service Description:
|
Nurse-led mobile foot care services to people in their homes and community settings * support to seniors, individuals living with diabetes, people with mobility limitations, and clients who require professional assistance maintaining their foot health
Services include:
- comprehensive nursing foot assessments
- routine and preventive foot care
- toenail trimming and filing
- care for thickened and difficult-to-manage toenails
- corn and callus care
- diabetic foot assessments and preventive care
- foot health education and self-care guidance
- ongoing foot care for seniors and individuals with chronic health conditions
Services are provided by a Registered Nurse regulated by the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
