62-bed long-term care home * residential care for 1 private bed, 35 semi-private beds, and 26 basic beds * special care unit for cognitively impaired residents * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor, nurse practitioner and other medical professionals
- bedding and furniture

- personal hygiene supplies
- medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
- assistance with medication and activities of daily living
- therapeutic recreation, spiritual and social programs
