Service Description: Support services for older adults and people with disabilities


Older Adults Drop-In for vulnerable individuals, focuses on health and wellness, aimed at helping older adults maintain social, physical and intellectual independence
Activities include:
  • arts crafts, gentle exercise, health and wellness discussions, holidays and birthdays celebration
  • trips

Older Adults Drop-In Location: 4494 Ebenezer Rd, Brampton

Healthcare Worker Registry connects a personal support worker (PSW) with an older adult seeking private pay home care. The PSWs will make appropriate referrals and connect older adults to appropriate programs and services
