Service Description: This agency provides a comprehensive range of family-centred treatment, rehabilitation and support services to children with disabilities and their families who reside in Dufferin, Halton, Peel, Waterloo and Wellington County

Referrals will be reviewed and services will be determined based on the child's individual needs and meeting eligibility requirements
Eligibility / Target Population: Children from 0-19 years old with physical or developmental delays/disability requiring therapy to improve gross motor function (does not include children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), learning disability (LD))
Must live in Peel Region, Halton or Dufferin County
