Service Description: A registered charity that provides services to children, youth and their families. The charity's focus is to work with youth and families that, for one reason or another, are struggling in the community.

Use the far west door of the building

Services include:
Clothing and Furniture Bank
Clothing bank:
  • for infants to adults, including business suits for men and women re-entering the work force
  • diapers available
  • donations can be dropped off at 1317 Speers Rd, Mon-Fri, 9:30 am-5 pm or can be left in the two orange drop boxes located at the end of the laneway
  • also accepts donations of sheets, blankets and towels

Furniture bank:
  • offers furniture, household goods, small appliances and bicycles
  • furniture donations can be picked up for a small fee

Free tutoring for children or youth who are struggling with their academics

Music program:
  • one-to-one piano, guitar, violin and drum lessons designed for children and youth who show an aptitude and interest in music but whose parents may not have the means to afford lessons

Fees: None - clothing, linens, music, tutoring services provided without charge
Application: Individuals or families will need to fill out a application form when they first access the service * applications can be done by community services over the phone
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Agencies can refer individuals or families for all services * families in need are welcome to call for assistance
