Stay safe while having fun online!
This group session is for Autistic youth and teens who want to stay safe while using social media, apps and video games. Participants will learn and discuss online safety topics related to cyberbullying, using apps, sharing on social media, internet exploration and online gaming. Participants will engage with their peers through virtual activities, discussing shared experiences, and giving advice and tips to one another based on their learnings.

A Kerry’s Place Intake staff will reach out to request updated documentation, as needed. Documentation includes: Kerry’s Place Service Agreement (valid for 1 year), Supported Person Profile (valid for 1 year), Media Release (valid for 1 year), and others as needed
The Kerry’s Place Intake staff will confirm registration for the specified group(s) requested, and ensure that the group(s) align with your child or youth’s strengths and goals.
You will receive a reminder email 48 hours prior to the session from the facilitators that will include further details related to drop-off and pick-up instructions, sign-in/sign-out procedures or virtual link (if applicable).
You will have the opportunity to attend a sample session so your child can meet the staff facilitating the group and familiarize themselves with the space the group will take place in.
