This 1-½ hour interactive workshop will allow participants to embark on their journey of understanding Autism. Understanding and identifying the variety of strengths and needs of Autistic persons will empower participants to adapt their approach ensuring inclusivity. Understanding is just the beginning of the journey, and this training will plant the seed for further learning.
 
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
  • describe Autism
  • identify strengths of Autistic persons
  • describe how strengths can be used as an opportunity for learning

Empowering Neurodiversity: Understanding Autism will be delivered virtually via Zoom and will not be recorded for future viewing.
