Whether it’s a social media Reel, YouTube video, book, or movie, this Foundational Family Service for youth ages 8-13, will explore themes, characters, and how each piece of media relates to the participants' own experiences. This space is for everyone; whether you’re a book lover, a movie buff, or someone who enjoys exploring content across different social media platforms. As we dive into all forms of storytelling, each offering will explore a form of media and focus on creating a diverse and inclusive environment where all perspectives are welcomed and valued.

This month’s media form will be YouTube music. We will be listening to pop music found on YouTube and exploring the lyrics that celebrate the 2SLGBTQ+ community. Songs might include "The Village" by Wrabel and "Same Love" by Macklemore.

Cost: No cost to participate

Reads to Reels will be delivered virtually and will not be recorded for future viewing.
