Our FASD Executive Functioning Group is dedicated to empowering individuals with possible or diagnosed FASD by fostering independence and enhancing essential life skills.

Recognizing that each person with FASD possesses unique strengths and challenges, our program provides tailored support to navigate various aspects of daily life. We focus on crucial areas such as self-understanding, organizational skills, time management, emotional and behavioral control, flexibility, initiative, attention, and resilience.

Through engaging sessions that incorporate group lessons, role-playing, worksheets, and small group activities, participants will not only learn but also practice these vital skills. Additionally, we encourage ongoing growth by assigning “homework” that allows participants to reinforce their learning and share insights with their families.

Together, through our FASD Executive Functioning Group, we aim to cultivate a supportive environment where individuals can thrive and reach their full potential.
