The presentation will focus on what people can do to regain their strength and energy after conventional cancer treatments are completed. Traditional Chinese Medicine offers a natural, effective and well-researched approach to ongoing care and self-care following active cancer treatment, during maintenance therapy (or for some, while managing cancer as a chronic disease). Participants will learn how Traditional Chinese Medicine may be helpful to deal with ongoing fatigue, digestive difficulties, mood or sleep disturbances, pain or discomfort, as well as to help reduce their risk of cancer recurrence.
