Each session offers simple sensory prompts and creative exercises to help with self-soothing, mindfulness, and self-reflection as you navigate grief. Participants are invited to spend quiet time connecting with themselves and with others in a calm, compassionate space. All participants are encouraged to attend all ten sessions. All sessions are facilitated by bereavement counsellor and art therapy student.
