The Social Walking Group offers people who are bereaved an opportunity to connect with others in a relaxed and supportive setting. Meeting in the Food Court at Erin Mills Town Centre, participants can spend time together in conversation and enjoy a gentle walk through the mall.
There is no expectation to talk about grief or share personal experiences. You’re welcome to talk, listen, or simply walk side-by-side—whatever feels right that day. The focus is on connection, companionship, movement, and taking some time for yourself.
The group meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month from 6:30–8:00 p.m., beginning October 6th.
You only need to register once, even if you plan to attend regularly. Additional details will be provided in your confirmation email.
