Sometimes the feelings we carry are difficult to put into words. Writing can offer a gentle way to pause, reflect and give those feelings a place to land. There is no right or wrong way to write, just an opportunity to listen inwardly, express what feels meaningful, and perhaps discover something unexpected along the way.\nTogether, we will create a safe and respectful space where everyone s words and experiences are valued. You are welcome to write as much or as little as feels comfortable, and sharing your writing is always a choice.\n\nNo writing experience is needed. No perfect words are required.
