Service Description: Person-centered support serving adults (16 years and older) experiencing mental and emotional distress, in Brampton, Mississauga, North Etobicoke and Dufferin County

Programs and Activities - a variety of groups and programs, including:

  • Co-facilitator Training
  • Peer Support Groups
  • Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)
  • Writers Collective of Canada (WCC)

Over 60 social activities offered each month. The News-A-Peel calendar details both online and in-person activities and groups. Provide subsidized transportation for two activities per month
