Seminar II. This in-person seminar gives participants the skills, knowledge, and materials to facilitate WRAP Seminar I in their community and organization.  

To become certified WRAP Facilitators, participants in Seminar II participate in interactive learning activities, learn how to facilitate the structure of WRAP, illustrate their personal experience with WRAP, and show understanding of WRAP ethics and values.  Participants must attend all 5 full dates of the seminar to receive their certificate

The WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) process supports the identification of tools that keep you well and the creation of action plans to put them into practice in everyday life. With WRAP, optimism and hope are highlighted along with key recovery concepts and wellness tools, making you an active participant in your own wellness. Discussions and exploration include peer support, stressors, getting to know yourself better, and having hope for recovery. 

Pre-requisites 

• Completion of WRAP Seminar I
• Applicants must provide a copy of their WRAP Seminar Certificate to education@cmhapeel.ca with their registration to the seminar
