This group program is for Autistic children and teens ages 12-16 who want to work together to learn about meal preparation and explore new foods. Participants will learn the life skills related to nutrition, practicing food safety, and following recipes, while building their teamwork and collaboration skills. Participants will also be encouraged to explore their senses through baking and cooking activities that promote confidence, creativity and cooperation in the kitchen.
