Service Description:

Family practice with acute care service for registered clients * team of 13 family doctors, nurses and advanced care palliative nurse
Medical care team focused on:
- family and community health including obstetric care and palliative care
- teaching practice - physicians work with McMaster University residents
- coordinates patient care in order to assess and treat injuries or illness
Family physicians see patients in their home when providing community based palliative care
Services include:
