Service Description: Multi-service agency for adults who are deaf, deafened, or hard of hearing * home visits for audiology services

After Hours Emergency Interpreter Services - Sign language interpreters for health or mental health emergencies

American Sign Language (ASL) Education - One-on-one classes, beginner to advanced * special workplace contracts * trains deaf people to become sign language instructors

Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology - Develop and improve speech, language literacy (English and ASL), family communication * some in-home service available * Language Thru Play preschool program

Communication Devices - Sale of assistive devices including TTY, alerting/signalling devices, FM systems, amplifiers

Connect Housing Project - Bachelor, one and two bedroom apartments including some accessible units

Educational Support Services - Provide post-secondary institutions with note takers, sign language interpreters and assistive devices for part time students who are deaf, deafened or hard of hearing

Employment Services Program - Labour market information, employment needs assessment, career planning, employment counselling, job search skills, referral to appropriate services * workplace accommodation accessibility assessments * workplace accommodation seminars

Hearing Aid Program - Hearing tests * sells, prescribes and fits hearing aids * repairs and cleans hearing aids and molds * loaner aids available during repair period * sells accessories, custom ear plugs, batteries

Hearing Care Counselling - Communication and hearing care support services * home visits for clients, their families and caregivers * education of professionals and volunteers about hearing loss, communication strategies, assistive listening devices * workshops, presentations

Hearing Help Classes - Supportive group environment for hard of hearing people * coping with hearing loss * improving communication skills * physical and technical aspects of hearing loss

Literacy and Basic Skills - Literacy and basic skills training, including numeracy, digital, communication and interpersonal skills * helps learners prepare for employment, apprenticeship, secondary-school credit, post-secondary education and greater independence
