Service Description: Prenatal programs and programs for parents/caregivers with children aged 6 years and under. Programs are offered in person at various locations throughout Mississauga and Brampton as well as virtually. Programs include drop-in and pre-registered programs and workshops. For moms who have experienced a loss any time throughout pregnancy, during IVF, or after the birth of their baby
  • Topics discussed include: different types of loss, stages and symptoms of loss and grief (and how these are different for every individual), possible triggers and strategies to use when facing them, how to cope with comments/questions from others, and types of support. Group is open to moms only
